Instructor Certification Programs

Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced HydrO2gaŽ, Instructor certification programs are offered.  Candidates are interviewed individually to determine what prerequisite are required. Costs are based upon each candidate's qualifications.

Initially, to become familiar with HydrO2gaŽ, please order the brief indroductory video titled "Get Moving With HydrO2gaŽ". This VHS video cassette or DVD, will enable you to observe basic HydrO2gaŽ movement and then decide if you would like to begin experiencing and instructing others in the many benefits of HydrO2gaŽ therapeutic water exercise.

"Get Moving With HydrO2gaŽ" is available at a cost of $19.95, including shipping, payable by personal check or money order. Make your check payable to Phyllis Tucker, and mail to Phyllis Tucker, P.O. Box 2321, Estes Park, Colorado 80517. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
